The process of self-actualization
Self-actualization means you know exactly who you are, where you are going, and what you want to accomplish in life. It is a state of well-being.
Abraham Maslow was an American psychologist and best known for his theory of the “Hierarchy of Needs”. The last step of his “Hierarchy of Needs” is “Self-actualization”. Abraham Maslow described here the ongoing process of fully developing the own potential. It is good to know that self-actualization is a process not a goal. It is a process that should slowly develop.
